Bachelor of Science degree/ IT background, and have 0 ~ 2 years of experience in the following areas:

• Emphasis on Linux administration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting including Solaris and Red Hat based systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• Knowledge of PC hardware, systems components, capacity and systems performance management
• Networking hardware – basic understanding of cable, switch and routing technology, and the ability to set up a LAN
• Networking protocols – DNS, DHCP, SSH, FTP
• Basic network knowledge including LAN/WAN concepts, basic understanding of cable, switch and routing technology
• Must have good communications skills and the ability to multitask
